What if I don’t know much about my family history?

This comes up often, and it's not a barrier. We work with what's available and observable — the patterns in your own life are already rich material. A complete family history is useful but never required.


What makes you different?

The psychogenetic approach allows you to quickly and deeply understand the root causes of challenges, enabling transformation in the desired direction - often faster than with other methods.


IS THIS LIKE THERAPY?

No, therapy typically focuses on processing emotions and experiences. This work is consultative and structural — we identify the specific inherited beliefs and patterns shaping your life today, understand where they came from, and create a clear path to change what’s not working anymore. Many clients come to me having already done therapy and feeling like something is still missing. That gap is often exactly what this work addresses.


Coaching typically focuses on goals, accountability and forward momentum. This work goes deeper — to the belief structures underneath your behaviour. We're not asking "what do you want to achieve?" but "what has been quietly preventing you from achieving it?" The result is more lasting because we're working at the root, not the surface.

How is this different from coaching?


Both. I work with clients worldwide online, and in-person sessions are available in Tallinn.

Sessions are available in English, Estonian and Russian.
