What I Offer

I provide consultancy, mentorship and guidance in the area of mindset and personal development, using a psychogenetics-based approach to help uncover the patterns, beliefs and behaviours shaping your life.

This consultancy is educational and reflective in nature and is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. It is not intended for crisis intervention, diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or emergency psychological support. If you are experiencing significant mental health distress or clinical symptoms, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Your Role

You are fully responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on our sessions. My role is to offer a structured and professional environment for insight and reflection — to help you identify inherited patterns and limiting beliefs, while supporting long-term personal growth.

You retain full autonomy over how you interpret and integrate the insights from our work together.

Sessions, Fees & Payments

  • Session fees and package details are shared and agreed in advance

  • Payment is due before the session takes place

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited at my discretion

Confidentiality

Personal information shared in sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, unless legally required.

Use of Materials

Any tools, exercises or frameworks I provide are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared or distributed without my written permission.

Limitations

I am not responsible for the outcomes of your decisions or actions following our sessions. My guidance is intended for insight, reflection and personal growth — it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Ending Sessions

Either party may end the working relationship at any time. Fees already paid remain valid for services already received.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, EU. Any disputes will first be addressed informally, with formal legal steps taken only if necessary.
